Event announcement part 3... The Second Day

DAY 2...

EVENT 4:  Get Wet...

Complete 3 rounds for time:

  • 50m swim
  • 100 air squats
  • 50 double unders
Time Cap: 20 min

NOTE: Flotation devices will be provided if necessary and 2 life guards will be on duty.


EVENT: 5  Relay, I mean cummon....Relay??

Complete 1 round for time, relay style 
  • 40m  Sand sprints
  • 15 burpees
  • Run the path around the swim/beach area
NOTE:  Each member will complete the sand sprints and burpees individually, then as a team, run around the swim area.  Time stops when final team member has crossed finish line. Tie break will be time completed the burpees.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Please bring everything you may need on both days. Change of clothes, food, water, bathing suits, towel, skipping rope for day 2.  Its going to be hot so proper hydration and fuel are necessary. 
We will all be meeting at Boston Pizza on Kenaston on Sunday at 7pm to complete the celebration.
