  • Bench Press 5x5 @ 80% of 1RM
  • 40 Plyo push ups
  • 3 x max reps ring dips
  • 2 x max plank hold (weighted if necessary - max time 5 min per hold)
CONDITIONING: 2 Rounds of:
  • 1 min max cal row
  • 1 min max DU
  • 1 min max kbs 55/35
