STRENGTH: Bench Press


CONDITIONING: In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes:
  • 18 thrusters 75/55
  • 12 chest to bar pull-ups
  • 8 HSPU
Today marks the anniversary of 9-11. The support of friends, family, strangers and the community is what tied people together to help deal with the events that surrounded this more than tragic time. Today is all about team work. Let's work hard together in spirit of all those who leant their hands and hearts out to those in need on September 11th, 2001 and the following years after.
