STRENGTH: Squats

  • 16 min to build to 3 RM Back Squat
  • 4x6 Front Squat across
  • 8x8 jump squats @25%
  • 60 hollow rocks immediately following jump squats
CONDITIONING: 4 Rounds for time:
  • 4 Kbs 70/55/45
  • 6 CTB pull ups
  • 8 Wall Balls
