STRENGTH:  Squats

  • 5x3 Front Squat (80% increasing)
  • 3x10 back squat across
  • 6x8 pistols (8 per leg)
  • 40 leg raises 
CONDITIONING: 3 Rounds for time:
  • 10 hang power clean 95/65
  • 10 box jumps
  • 20 wall balls
