STRENGTH: 

  • 5x5 Snatch Grip Deadlift with pause in hang position
  • 5x8 reverse barbell lunge
  • 3x10 deadlift across
  • 4x12 reverse hypers
CONDITIONING: 2 rounds for time:
  • 30 jump lunges
  • 10 front squats 135/95
