STRENGTH:

  • 3 rounds of "the 3's" push ups
  • 40 hollow rocks
  • 40 v-snaps
CONDITIONING:  3 rounds of 1 minute each for reps:
  • wall balls 20/14
  • box jumps 24/20
  • burpees
