STRENGTH:

  • 3x4 back squat @80-85%
  • 3x1 back squat @90% or greater
  • 2x10 front squat @50%
  • 30 box jumps
  • 60 dead bugs
CONDITIONING:  2 rounds for time:
  • 10 squat cleans 95/65
  • 10 bar over burpees
