STRENGTH:  

  • 3x8 strict pull ups with max time hold at end of 8th rep
  • 2x max time chin up hold
  • 4x8 bent over row increasing
  • 3 x max reps TTB

CONDITIONING: 7 min AMRAP
  • 4 hang squat snatch 95/65
  • 8 thrusters 95/65
  • 12 wall balls
