STRENGTH:  Deadlift

  • 7x2 increasing 
CONDITIONING: Complete AMRAP in 3 min of bar over burpees

from 3-9 min achieve your heaviest clean and jerk
from 9-12 AMRAP of 10 ttb and 10 hspu
from 12-15 complete AMRAP of DU

Score will be 2 parts - all reps added together, as well as your heaviest clean and jerk completed
