STRENGTH: Box back squat

Focus: Squatting sounds like it should be easy. Truth is, many people have difficulty achieving  perfect squat form. Today we are focusing on breaking down the squat movement and perfecting it using the box squat technique. Say hello to your new found glutes! 

Then immediately after: 30 box jumps
