Build to a heavy set of 3

Then immediately after: 30 ring push-ups

CONDITIONING: Complete the following for time:

21-15-9:

  • Thrusters 95/65
  • Burpees 
1 minute rest, then:

15-12-9:
  • O/H plate lunge 45/25 (per leg)
  • Sit-ups
