CONDITIONING: in teams of 2 complete the following;

  • 60 thrusters 75/55 
  • 60 box jump over 25/20 
  • 60 kettlebell swings 55/35 
  • 60 sit-ups
  • 60 knees to elbows 
  • 60 bar facing burpees 
  • 60 walking lunges 
  • 60 cal row/airdyne
  • 60 wall balls 20/14
  • 60 double-unders 
  • 60 push-ups 
Time cap: 40 minutes
