STRENGTH: Strict chin-ups

  • 50 strict chin-ups
Every time you drop from the bar, you must complete 15 push-ups 


CONDITIOING: Complete 3 individually time rounds of:

  • 18m walking lunge
  • 10 burpees
  • 18m walking lunge
  • 25 sit-ups
