CONDITIONING: Complete as follows:


  • 4 minutes to achieve your heaviest deadlift

  • 4 minutes to achieve your heaviest clean

Rest 2 minutes

  • 3 minutes to achieve max reps front squat at 60% of your clean

Rest 2 minutes 

  • 3 minutes to achieve max reps box jumps 24/20
