WOD: Tuesday March 15th

STRENGTH: Deadlift

5-5-5-5 increasing

Then immediately after: 20 RDL @ 50%

CONDITIONING: In teams of two, complete the following for time:

300 double-unders

Complete a ladder 10-1: 
  • burpees 
Complete a ladder 10-1:
  • OHS 115/75
300 double-unders

Each team can split the double-unders how ever they decide. However both team members completes the ladder. EX: Person A completes 10 burpees while person B rests. Then person B completes 10 burpees while person A rests. The ladder continues this way until each person works their way down to 1.
