Build to a heavy set of 3

CONDITIONING: Complete AMRAP in 15 minutes of this ladder:

  • 1 muscle-up (1 ring dip)
  • 2 deadlifts 225/185
  • 3 box jumps 30/24
Keep adding the same amount of reps each round 

Ex: 1-2-3
       2-4-6
       3-6-9
       4-8-12
and so on
