Note: We are taking our OHS from the ground, not the rack.

  • 3-3-3 snatch balance

CONDITIONING: Complete the following..

  • AMRAP 10 wall balls + 10 TTB
2:00-4:00
  • AMRAP ground to overhead 155/105
4:00-6:00
  • 60 double-unders + AMRAP sit-ups in remainder of time
6:00-8:00
  • rest
8:00-12:00
  • 40 kettlebell swings 55/35 +AMRAP pistols in remainder of time
