OLY: Snatch

  • 3x4 hang power snatch
  • 3x4 high hang power snatch
  • 3x4 heavy snatch grip high pull @ 120% of 1RM snatch 
  • 5x1 behind the neck jerk from rack
CONDITIONING: Complete 1 round for time:
  • 24' handstand walk [12 HSPU]
  • 10 deadlift 135/95
  • 10 power snatch 135/95
  • 4 OHS 135/95
  • 24' handstand walk [12 HSPU]
  • 24 burpees
