Build to a max strict HSPU

Then: 5x3 kipping HSPU at max strict depth 

STRENGTH: Deadlift 
  • 4x4 increasing 
CONDITIONING: Complete the following:

  • 15 TTB
  • 10 box jump over 24/20
  • 5 snatch 135/95
Rest 3 minutes

1 round for time:
  • 100 double-unders
  • 25 burpees
