STRENGTH: Squat

4 rounds at 65% of front squat 1RM:

  • 7 front squat 
  • 13 back squat 
  • rest 3 minutes
CONDITIONING: Complete EMOM x20:
  • ODD: 4 power snatch 115/85 + 4 box jumps 30/24 + 1 muscle-ups/1 C2B/3 ring rows
  • EVEN: 4 OHS 115/85 + 4 bar over burpees
