Then: 3 rep max front squat from rack [3 attempts]

Then: 10 rep max back squat [1 attempt]

CONDITIONING: With a running clock complete the following for 12 minutes:
  • 800m run
AMRAP with remainder of time:
  • 10 TTB
  • 10 power cleans 135/95
