  • 1 power snatch
EMOM 4-8:
  • 1 snatch pull
  • 1 hang power snatch
  • 1 squat snatch 
STRENGTH/SKILL: OHS
  • 3-3-3 with 3 second pause in bottom position 
CONDITIONING: In teams of 2, complete the following for time: 
  • 40 HSPU
  • 16 bar muscle-ups
  • 60 cal row/bike
  • 6 lap farmer carry 55/35
  • 50 power snatch 95/65
  • 100 double-unders
