Build to a 1RM thruster (from the rack)

Then: 1x max set of unbroken HSPU

CONDITIONING: Complete 3 rounds for time:

  • 400m run
  • 15 thrusters 75/55
  • 30 double-unders
  • 15 wall balls 14/20

  • AMRAP bar over burpees in 1 minute
