WOD: Wednesday July 13th

Strength/Skill/Conditioning:


With a running clock, complete once for time:
Part A) Med Ball Mile 20/14

Part B) 3x Max reps HSPU (2 min rest in between sets)

Part C) 10 minutes to hit 2RM C&J (cannot be more than 10 seconds from the time the bar hits the ground until the time it's lifted for your second rep)

*There is a 4 minute rest between each Part/Section
