CONDITIONING: Complete AMRAP in 20 minutes:

  • 400m run
  • 1 round of DT 155/105
  • 400m run 
  • 2 rounds of DT 155/105
  • 400m run 
  • 3 rounds of DT 155/105
Keep increasing DT by 1 round and so on..
