WOD: Friday August 5th

STRENGTH: Strict press/ push press

  • 4x AMRAP strict press @ 50% of 1RM till failure, then immediately into push press till failure.
CONDITIONING: Complete 5 rounds for time:
  • 1 rope climb
  • 10 overhead barbell lunge 95/65
  • 8 bar facing burpees
  • 10 power clean 95/65
