Strength: push press/push jerk

4x AMRAP @ 60% of your 1RM push press

  • push press until failure - then push jerk AMRAP until failure

without racking the bar in between the two.

Conditioning:

compete 4 rounds for time:
  • 400m run
  • 10 wall balls 20/14
  • 8 box jumps 30/24
  • 6 HSPU
  • 4 CTB
  • 2 power cleans 185/125
time cap: 18 minutes
