Conditioning:

With a running clock set to 12 minutes:

10 wall balls 20/14
10 sumo deadlift high pull 95/65
20 WBs
20 SDHP
30 WBs
30 SDHP

*with the remainder of the 12 minutes: back squat with your SDHP bar.
