WOD: Friday November 25th

STRENGTH: Testing week

You will have the first 40 minutes of class to choose 1-2 lifts from our 1RM testing list to determine new 1RM.

CONDITIONING: Complete 3 rounds AMRAP at one minute each:

  • Wall balls 20/14
  • Box jumps 24/20
  • Double-unders 
  • Burpees
