STRENGTH: Testing week

You will have the first 40 minutes of class to choose 1-2 lifts from our 1RM testing list to determine new 1RM.

CONDITIONING: Complete 4 rounds for time:

  • 5 hang squat snatch 115/75
  • 10 front rack barbell lunge 115/75
  • 12 push jerk 115/75
TC: 15 minutes
