EMOM x 10  power cleans 

Min 1 + 2:  2 @ 65%
Min 3 + 4:  2 @ 70%
Min 5 + 6: 2 @ 75%
Min 7 + 8: 1 @ 80%
Min 9 + 10: 1 @ 85%

Then, 3 minute rest 

EMOM x 10 squat cleans 

Min 1 + 2 + 3: 2 @ 70%
Min 4 + 5 + 6: 2 @ 75%
Min 7 + 8: 1 @ 80%
Min 9 + 10: 1 @ 85%
