Part A:

Complete this complex 4x, not for time:

  • 1 hang squat snatch
  • 1 squat snatch 
  • 1 OHS 
Part B: 

You have 7 minutes to achieve you 2RM Snatch 

CONDITIONING: Complete AMRAP in 16 minutes of:
  • 10 Kettlebell squat snatch 55/35 
  • 8 TTB
  • 6 Box jump overs 30/24
  • 4 HSPU
