WOD: Thursday January 12th

STRENGTH: Push and pull

Bench Press:

4x AMRAP @ 70% of 1 RM

Immediately followed by AMRAP strict pull-ups after EACH set.

CONDITIONING: With a running clock complete the following:

  • 5 front squat 135/95  NON-RX 95/65
  • 50 double-unders  
  • 5 front squat 155/105  NON-RX 115/75
  • 50 double-unders 
  • 5 front squats 185/125  NON-RX 135/95 
  • 50 double-unders 
  • 5 front squats 225/155  NON-RX 155/105
  • 50 double-unders 
  • 5 front squat 255/175 NON-RX 185/125
  • 50 double-unders 
You must complete all 5 front squats unbroken. If you drop the bar your score will be the total amount of reps completed before the broken set of squats. If you suscessfully finish to the end, your tie break will be the time you finished.
