WOD: Wednesday January 18th

STRENGTH: Push and Dip

4x AMRAP Strict Press at 70% of 1RM

Immediately after each SET complete AMRAP ring dips

CONDITIONING: With a running clock complete the following:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

  • 10 overhead barbell lunge 95/65
  • 10 pull-ups 
Then immediately into:

6 minutes to establish your 1RM snatch 

Score = rounds completed plus max successful snatch completed
