CONDITIONING: Complete the following:

Part A: AMRAP in 7 minutes:

  • 7 box jumps 24/20 
Part B: AMRAP in 7 minutes: 
  • 10 cal row 
  • 10 rower facing burpees 
Part C: AMRAP in 7 minutes: 
  • 6 single leg squats alternating 
  • 6 thrusters 75/55
