*double unders, ttb, HSPU, HS walk, rope climb, muscle-ups, etc.

Strength: reverse barbell lunges

5x10 (5 per leg) *increasing 

Conditioning:

3 HSPU
3 snatch 95/65
6 HSPU
6 snatch
9 HSPU
9 snatch

*adding 3 reps of each every "round"
