  • 3 squat cleans
  • 1 jerk 
CONDITIONING: Complete AMRAP in 16 minutes:
  • 50 power clean 115/85
  • 40 kettlebell swings 55/35
  • 30 thrusters 115/85 
  • 20 single leg squat alternating
  • 10 strict pull-ups
