P.S: if you're competing this weekend at the prairie comp, we wouldn't suggest hitting this WOD. Instead, have Friday be more like open gym. Come get warm, do some mobility, stretch. Nothing too strenuous or heavy! We want you guys nice and fresh for Saturday.
