5 rounds of:

• max reps bench @ 60% of 1 rm immediately into max reps chin ups
• rest 4 min between rounds

CONDITIONING: AMRAP x 12

• 4 thrusters 135/95
• 4 bar over burpees
• 1 length single arm overhead kettle bell lunge 45/25
