2km run (1 mile and then back out to the 400 m turn around)

Warm up for the work out:
Shoulders to over head
Front rack position
Front squats
High pulls
Do a few heavy reps pre workout

7 min amrap of:
Squat clean and jerks
225/155 rx
165/115 intermediate
135/95 scaled

Cool down and stretch
