Warm up/Mobility:
Shoulders - snatch grip high pulls, muscle snatch, ohs
Hips - pigeon, squats, samson

Run through a round of the wod at 1/4 the work load
10's of everything.

CONDITIONING: A 20 min clock - 2 rounds for time:

•40 ttb
•40 ohs 95/65
Immediately into...
With remaining time (or if not completed, at the 18 min mark)
find a 1rm hang snatch
