STRENGTH: OHS
•8x3 @ 70% of your heaviest snatch

• 4x2 snatch balance you choose the weight

CONDITIONING: complete as many reps as possible in 10 min of:
• 3 thrusters 95/65
• 3 pull ups
• 6 thrusters
• 6 pull ups
• 9 thrusters
• 9 pull-ups
Keep adding 3 reps to each until the 10 min time cap is reached
