o 10/leg pistols
o 5 Box jumps 30/24

Part B- 22 minutes
2 rounds:
o 80 Du
o 40 DL 135
o 40 WB
Then in remaining time establish a 2RM Squat Snatch
*If at minute 16 the 2 rounds aren’t complete, stop and begin snatching.
Part C- 7min Amrap
o 5 DB hang CJ (Left)
o 5 DB hang CJ (Right)
o 1 rope climb
