Warm up
20 arm circles fwd
20 arm circles rev
20 push ups
20 sit ups
20 laying back extensions
20 high bum push ups
20 toe touches
20 air squats

3 rounds for time
Run outside for 2 minutes with a back pack on (do it, it’s nice out)
30 squats with the back pack
30 good mornings with the back pack
(Take pack off)
30 bent over rows with the pack
30 bicep curls with the pack
