Warm up
Go shovel and then
2 rounds
20 air squats
20 toe touches
20 good mornings
20 sit ups
20 push ups

3 rounds for time
15 pike push ups (toes or knees on arm of couch)
30 jump lunges
15 back pack back rack thrusters
30 bent over rows (use back back)
